The work is a comment on the madness of Brexit – which the majority of people in Northern Ireland voted against. The camera rushes along corridors, up and down stairs, stuck in a labyrinth with no escape. The audio echoes and repeats words and phrases used in Brexit propaganda such as “take back control” and “sovereignty”. This video was shot inside the abandoned Ulster Television building in Belfast in early 2020 a few weeks before the pandemic was declared.
